when we’re asked what kind of music we do, ‘spacebasspleasuremusic’ is a common term of choice to describe our sound. so this selection features each of the harlekinsound producers with one tune, representing space, bass and the pleasure of music.

it starts with a message from the ‘mushroom planets’ about their universal nature. the connection’s happening deep underground and the observable outcome’s just a small part of a whole living entity. tcp keeps the heads nodding, as if they acknowledge.

psychedelya’s ‘eclipse’ musically describes a path from the valley of darkness to the heights of being alive. open up yourself to this deep and hypnotic sound, lower the lights, relax the mind and let your eyes down.

a ‘junky’ just wants one thing, and he wants it again and again. polymorphren’s addiction is clearly devoted to the feeling of a needle scratching a record, claiming to bring back hip hop. and please remember: hip hop means peace, love, unity and joy.
